Ripio emails the end user at several points in a widget operation, using the address they gave at sign-in. This page exists so you can see the full list and decide what not to duplicate from your own side.

Sign-in

On-ramp

PROCESSING deliberately sends nothing. It is an internal step between “we have your money” and “your crypto is on its way”, and emailing about it would just be noise.

Off-ramp

The payout-rejected email is the one that carries an action link: it lets the user fix the destination account and have the order reprocessed. See Recovering a rejected payout.

Destination accounts

Only this one actually sends, and only in Mexico. The other destination-account states are surfaced in the widget rather than emailed.

Identity verification

This is what closes the loop for a user whose verification went to manual review after they had already left the widget.

Language and branding

Emails go out in the user’s language, derived the same way as the widget interface: Portuguese for Brazil, Spanish elsewhere. See Partner settings. The sender and the copy are Ripio’s, but your brand name, as configured on your account, is interpolated into them, so they read as part of the experience you are offering rather than as mail from a third party.
