Ripio Ramps operates on a per-country basis. Each of your accounts is tied to a single country and its local currency, and the available payment methods depend on that country and on whether the operation is an On-Ramp (fiat → crypto) or an Off-Ramp (crypto → fiat). The payment methods below apply to both integration paths — the API and the Widget.

Supported countries

Payment methods by country

In Colombia, Request-to-Pay (R2P) — via Bancolombia and Nequi — is available for On-Ramp only. It cannot be used to receive Off-Ramp payouts.
In Brazil, both the deposit account and the destination (withdrawal) PIX account are provisioned asynchronously — the PIX key is not available immediately after creation. See Brazil for the full flow.

Before you operate

Regardless of country, every customer must:
  1. Be registered as a customer.
  2. Accept the applicable Terms & Conditions — a required step right after the customer is created.
  3. Complete identity verification (KYC) — status must be COMPLETED before creating orders.
The exact KYC fields and document types are country-specific — retrieve them dynamically with Retrieve KYC Requirements and Retrieve Fiat Account Requirements rather than hardcoding them. Pick a country for the full breakdown:
