# List Bank Codes

> Retrieves a list of available bank codes for creating fiat accounts via bank transfer in Colombia. Each bank includes its code (used as `beneficiary_institution` when creating a fiat account) and the allowed `counterparty_type` values.

<Note>This endpoint is only available for accounts operating in Colombia (CO). Requests from accounts in other countries will return a 400 error.</Note>
